RALPH for students and members
Book an aircraft, see your progress and settle your bill, from your phone or by asking Ralph, an AI agent. Every rule is checked before a booking is confirmed, so the booking you make is the flight you fly.
Aircraft
Your instructor
Ralph Booked G-WWBB for Saturday at 14:00 with Dan. Every rule is checked, and it is confirmed.
Your day
You’ve got a gap on Saturday afternoon. Is the aircraft free, is your instructor, and are you current to go solo? Finding out usually means a phone call, a booking sheet and a wait.
How it runs on RALPH
- Book in seconds. On the web or your phone, or just ask Ralph for the aircraft you want. Every rule is checked before it’s confirmed, and a booking that has to wait for approval tells you why.
- Your progress. Your lessons against the syllabus, so you can see how far you’ve come and what’s next.
- Your currency. Your licence, medical and sign-offs are tracked, with a reminder before anything lapses.
- In the calendar you already use. Your bookings appear there, and a change reaches you in the app, on Slack or on WhatsApp.
- The weather beside your booking. The forecast for your airfield on the schedule, and a heads-up from Ralph when it turns.
- Your bill, clearly. Each flight is priced from your club’s or school’s rates and invoiced through their billing and accounting tools, such as Xero. Trial lessons and gift vouchers can be bought online.
Pricing for students and members
You don’t pay for RALPH, because people are free. Your club or school pays [£X] per aircraft per month.
Start with one aircraft. It’s free, forever
If your club or school isn’t on RALPH yet, tell them: the first aircraft is free forever, and setting up is a conversation with Ralph.
Questions, answered
