A safety culture people actually use.

Anyone in your operation can report a safety concern in seconds, from a phone or by telling Ralph, and anonymously if they prefer. Each report is investigated, its hazards and actions are tracked until they're closed, and the reporter can see what came of it. When an occurrence has to be reported to the authority, RALPH drafts the mandatory report from what's already on the record, for a person to check and send.

Safety reports tracked to closure: a bird strike under investigation, soft ground mitigated, a mandatory report drafted and ready to send, and a new report written anonymously.

How it works

  1. Report in seconds. Write what happened on the web or a phone, or tell Ralph. Tick the box to report anonymously.
  2. Investigate and act. Whoever runs safety reviews the report, records the hazards, and gives each action an owner and a date.
  3. Close the loop. Actions are tracked until they’re done, mandatory reports are drafted for a person to send, and the reporter sees the outcome.

Questions, answered

Can people report anonymously?
Yes. The reporter chooses. An anonymous report carries no name, and it's investigated and tracked just the same.
Does RALPH send mandatory reports to the authority?
RALPH drafts the report from the occurrence and the record around it, such as the aircraft, the flight and the people on it. A person in your operation checks it and sends it. Nothing goes to the authority without them.
How are actions followed up?
Each action has an owner and a date. RALPH shows what's open and overdue, Ralph reminds the owner, and a report closes only when its actions do.
Can I report by talking to Ralph?
Yes. Tell Ralph what happened, in Slack, WhatsApp or anywhere else you use it, and Ralph writes it up as a report for you to check before it's sent.
